Sourcing policy
What we sell, why it's THC-A, and why it's sold as hemp.
Everything we sell contains THC-A
Every product on our menu, including flower, rosin, gummies, and syrups, contains THC-A. That's the same cannabinoid that makes up most of the THC in dispensary flower. Cannabis plants produce THC-A, and it turns into Delta-9 THC when it's heated. Smoked or vaporized, our flower and rosin have the effects of THC, just like dispensary flower.
Why it's sold as hemp
The 2018 Farm Bill defined hemp by one number: no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. It didn't count THC-A. That gap, often called the hemp loophole, is why high-THC-A cannabis can be grown and sold as hemp. It's also why our products are hemp-derived, not marijuana from a licensed dispensary.
The rules are changing
In November 2025, Congress changed the federal definition of hemp so that THC-A counts toward the limit. That change takes effect in late 2026. Many states also set their own rules. Check your state's current laws before you order, and see Where we ship.
Hemp-derived only
We don't sell marijuana-derived products or synthetic cannabinoids.
